Attention Seniors! Shortly after the close of the school year, we will be deleting graduating seniors' Google accounts to make room for the "new" seniors, aka the class of 2026. If you are a student participating in summer coursework, speak with your classroom teacher. They will notify technology staff about the need to delay your account removal. At this time, you should take a moment to download your data to a personal computer or storage space for safekeeping. Instructions are provided below. Please note the following: -Deletion of your account will happen shortly after the end of the school year (no, we can't tell you exactly which day we will do this). -We are not responsible for keeping a record of your student data and will not be able to recover files for you in the summer! -You may need to check your account and notify colleges, subscription services, friends, family, etcetera, that your email address is being changed to another (private) address. -You should test/open your files on your new device/account to make sure everything went as planned. [Download your data] You can export and download your data from the Google products you use, like your email, calendar, drive, and photos. In a few easy steps, create an archive to keep for your records or use the data in another service. Create an archive of your data First, choose which products to include Visit the Download your data page. You might have to sign in to your Google Account again. Choose which Google products to include in your download. To see more details and options for a product, select the Down arrow. Select Next. Choose your archive's "File type." Next, choose how your archive is delivered When your archive is created by using one of these options, we'll email you a link to its location. Depending on the amount of information in your account, this process could take a few minutes or several hours. Most people get the link to their archive the same day that they request it

This weekend was the first 2025 FIRST Robotics Competition in Springfield at Western New England University. Their team is team 571 Paragon Robotics based out of Windsor and their robot came in 3rd place….a huge deal as they are a small team, and there are so many teams competing from all over New England. So proud of them! Four East Granby Students joined this team this year. In the group you will see Jordan, Nehemiah, Benet, and Jordyn.

We are proud to present "Rock of Ages" this coming weekend! Show dates and times are as follows: Friday, March 21 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please come out and support your friends who have worked so hard to create an amazing musical. You can purchase your tickets by clicking the link below: https://www.eastgranby.k12.ct.us/for_students/drama___performing_arts We are reaching out for your support to ensure a respectful audience environment. Please be reminded that proper performance etiquette includes, but is not limited to: Silencing cell phones and not using them in the auditorium (This INCLUDES watching videos on phones and recording the cast ); Remaining silent while the actors are on stage; Refraining from bright lights (from phone use or flash photos); Remaining seated during the performance and using the bathroom during the scheduled intermissions. We strongly encourage that younger students (this includes MS) are accompanied and supervised by an adult. Guests violating these guidelines will be asked to leave the performance. The cast and crew have worked very hard and we do not want their performance impacted by disruptive behavior. Please help us in promoting a positive and enjoyable theater experience for everyone. As always, thank you for your continued support. Sincerely, EGHS/EGMS Administration and the Directors, Cast and Crew of Rock of Ages --
